I HATE having dental work done and I have had many horrible experiences in the past so I was very nervous visiting Strawberry Creek Dental Group for the first time (especially knowing I would need a lot of work). This place is AMAZING though! I have been seeing Dr Kaur and she has been wonderful! She takes her time and makes sure I am feeling no pain and that I also understand what is going on for each visit. All of the staff members I have encountered so far have been very friendly and super helpful explaining the financials and getting everything sorted out so I know what to expect. They have lots of options for financing if/when your insurance does not cover it all. They are not pushy or try to force you into more expensive procedures or equipment either. I had been previously told (by a different office) my only option after having two molars extracted was very expensive implants I could not afford. I asked Dr Kaur and Dr Su about other options and they were happy to tell me about all possible options including which would be the most budget friendly and the pros and cons of all of them. Then the front desk staff provided me some estimates so I could take the information home to discuss with my husband. I also had a root canal with Dr Su and I was so scared, but she did an awesome job and the only part that hurt was the x-rays because my root was super deep and they had to make sure they got it all so the x-ray thing in my mouth had to be shoved down into my bottom gums pretty far. It hurt a bit, but they worked quickly and did all they could to minimize the discomfort. I have more work to go still, but so far this dental office has been the best I have ever been to.
