So I want to preface this with my experience in the beginning went to all kinds of hell lol. Sometimes things happen. The black(?) receptionist (Jacob? Johnny? I’m sorry I’m terrible with names but great with faces), did communicate that there was some unexpected complications and difficulties with the patient before me so it took 3 or so hours before I was regularly scheduled to go. The surgeon for my wisdom tooth removal was nice but I want to shout out his black assistant. She knew to hold my hand because I felt anxious with it all. I have Tony veins and it seemed like I wasn’t going to be able to do the iv. I almost gave up and settled for local anesthesia. She said no that we’d find a way or reschedule. She warmed up some towels for me and I kept trunk to warm my hands together and we found a vein. I’m so sorry that I didn’t get her name cut the surgeon was William Hawkins. Thanks to her I felt so comfortable and seen. She needs the biggest raise and is the main reason my 3 hour wait still allowed me to give this spot 5 stars. God bless them.
