When I first came to Strawberry dental, I had dental insurance. I had no referral and I was a cold catch for them. I found out within one visit that I had pretty significant bone loss. The dentists, dental hygienist and front desk reassured me that they would document the state of my mouth so that the insurance would pay for both top and bottom. Front desk folx (I really should have learned all their names by now) pushed hard with insurance with the medical team to ensure that insurance paid for most of the procedure. Thanks team. I cannot express how much you made my peace of mind not only for my improved oral health, but also, for my financial situation. Thank you very, very much (for estimates and for staying a bit below, too).
Additionally, I wished to highlight my experience without insurance. After I finished up part 1 of 2 treatments for significant bone loss, my financial situation changed and went without insurance. Strawberry Creek receptionists told me about a year long, single payment for insurance could help compensate for lack of dental coverage. Just as well, the dental hygienist, Partima, is fantastic and funny. She did a stellar job to ensure that I wouldn't regress in my oral health. They are fair with pricing and extremely transparent with me about what I need and don't need. She did manage to brighten my day today when I went in. I will be moving to the East bay, however, I will be commuting to this dental office. Half due to the hard-working receptionist crew, and half due to Partima who genuinely cares about proper oral health.
